Get Willpower!

Ask us how your will can help with the following:

- Protecting vulnerable children

- Helping your spouse qualify for a pension

- Providing valuable tax minimisation for your family

- Providing for future generations

- Addressing uncomfortable second marriage issues

Family Provision Claims (Contesting Wills)

Unfortunately, there is sometimes a conflict between the wishes of the Will maker and the needs of certain family members. In cases where a relative or dependant of a deceased person feels that proper provision has not been made for him or her in the Will, that person may be entitled to make a family provision claim under the Succession Act for provision (or further provision) out of the estate.

This can often be quite emotional and uncomfortable, so we are able to resolve these matters promptly through mediation, saving substantial court expenses.
